Meet the founders
Mrunal has over a decade of experience in corporate compliance, governance, and legal advisory services. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Law from the University of Pune and is a qualified Company Secretary and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Her specialisation spans Company Law, Foreign Exchange Laws (FEMA), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Contract Drafting, and Transaction Advisory Services. She has been instrumental in guiding businesses across various sectors, assisting with entity formation in India and internationally, investment structuring and funding strategies.
As a Certified CSR Professional from ICSI, Mrunal offers guidance on CSR compliance, policy formulation, due diligence, , and reporting. She actively contributes to professional forums, conducting sessions on corporate law, empowering businesses and creating awareness about corporate governance.
Keerti has over a decade of experience in corporate compliance, governance, and regulatory advisory. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Business Administration and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
With her specialisation in Corporate Law Advisory along with extensive certifications in Foreign Exchange Management (FEMA), Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law, Arbitration, Mediation, and Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) Laws, Keerti brings a holistic approach to corporate legal solutions. She is also empanelled as an Independent Director in the Independent Directors Databank of the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs.
Her career spans corporate advisory, business registrations, contract drafting, foreign exchange laws, and due diligence, including a brief stint as a Compliance Officer with a leading global accountancy network. She has played a pivotal role in assisting MNCs set up their business in India and she regularly delivers insightful sessions on business structuring, funding strategies, and corporate governance.
